The new DBS Calcutta is an elegant 5 storey dedicated business center. The ground floor has a locker room & showroom space which is approximately 1000 sq ft., in addition to a pantry. The remaining 4 floors measure approximately 2500 sq ft each. Each floor has 12 Suites & one Conference hall.
Overall we have 25 suites & 2 large conference halls. The suite sizes range from 90sq ft to 400 sq ft. Each suite has a window opening. All suites are well carpeted & fitted with window AC. Our interiors are simple but quite elegant, all the walls are white in color & the doors match the multi-hued carpets. We have a large reception / lounge area to seat around 12 visitors at a time. We have a well decorated terrace which also can be used for business purposes. We have more than 12 car parking spaces as well.
