Aurum is located in the historical area of the Warsaw centre. The proximity of the city’s main highway, John Paul 2nd Avenue, creates an easy access to the centre of the capital, as well as, to the Frederic Chopin International Airport. Further benefit is the convenient route to the nearby Central Railway Station, ‘Rondo 1’ and the Palace of Culture and Science (within walking distance). Moreover, in close vicinity are the Westin Hotel, Mercury Hotel, Radisson Hotel and the newly built Hilton. There is also an excellent access to private and public transport.
The building took its name after the Latin name for gold Aurum, thanks to the close vicinity of the Polish Mint Public LTD Company. Worth noticing is the architecture of the building, where the modern form combines with a historical brick wall, remains of Herman Jung Brewery. The offices are located on the fifth floor. There are two meeting rooms on site, a reception area and a kitchen with places to sit and have lunch. Our reception staff is always ready to take care of the Tenants’ needs.
